Our Story

The Minch began as a passion project amid the 2020 lockdown; we finally had the time to focus our energy in being creative. We loved the idea of comfort and quality that could lift you and have a visual impact while working with our hands.

From our first idea in the Colorado Mountains to our dyeing studio in Mexico City each piece is created with the same feeling in mind, to introduce a spark of joy into your wardrobe. We work with natural fabrics that don’t harm the environment, and we believe in long-lasting pieces that will be handed down in a more slow-paced approach to buying.

From our one-of-a-kind pieces to our elegant and functional sweaters, we want to create pieces that are like nothing else out there, unique in their quality and design.

We work with talented craftswomen to make the exceptional hand embroideries that you might find in some of our pieces, we hand-dye each of the tie-dye garments by hand in our small dyeing studio in Mexico City and we design every sweater and accessory with great care to only make a few outstanding pieces.
