Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (Mexico)

• All orders are shipped from Mexico City.
• Mexico City: approximately 2 to 5 business days, including processing and shipping times.
• Rest of Mexico: approximately 4 to 7 business days.
• Free shipping on all orders over $8,500 MXN.

United States

• We ship to the United States with DHL Express. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
• Free shipping on all orders over $500 USD.
• Customs duties and taxes may be charged on delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide with DHL Express. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
• Deliveries outside Mexico and the United States usually take 7 to 16 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
• Customs duties and taxes may be charged on delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Online Orders with In-Store Pickup Option

• Please contact us at theminchcashmere@gmail.com if you wish to pick up your order. You have 15 days to pick up your order. If you do not pick it up within that timeframe, your order will be canceled and returned to the sales floor.
