Domestic Shipping

• All orders are shipped from Mexico City and take approximately 2 to 5 business days, including processing and shipping times.
• We offer shipping throughout Mexico. Shipping rates may vary depending on the location.

International Shipping

• Currently, we do not offer shipping abroad. However, we can provide a shipping quote if you wish. Please contact us an email at theminchcashmere@gmail.com. Please note that shipments outside of Mexico may incur customs charges. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
  

Online Orders with In-Store Pickup Option

• Please contact us at theminchcashmere@gmail.com if you wish to pick up your order. You have 15 days to pick up your order. If you do not pick it up within that timeframe, your order will be canceled and returned to the sales floor.
