Refund policy
At THE MINCH, we want you to love your purchase! If your item doesn’t fit or you’d like a different style, we offer an easy exchange process to ensure you find the perfect piece.
To qualify for an exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged unless defective.
We do not offer refunds. However, we’re happy to accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 15 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
